Iceapelago is a new word for a new world. This climate change thriller is based at locations atop the Greenland Ice Sheet, in La Palma (Canary Islands) and off the Irish Continental Shelf. A series of events create Iceapelago: islands (Ince Ireland) covered in ice with tundra winter conditions. It is fiction; for the time being. The sequel, Iceapelago 2091, is set thirty years after the collapse of the Gulf Stream. I live - beside the sea - in Sandycove, Dublin
